Storm for ongoing CEMS work.
o Mobilization/Demobilization one-time each.
Per Diem will be at GSA CONUS.

Summary:
The Construction Leader position supports the project management team in the execution of capital projects.
Experience required with major power plants and equipment including but not limited to turbines, generators, pumps, motors, control systems, electrical/instrumentation, operations, and other balance-of-plant systems.
Candidates must be highly motivated, be able to work with minimum supervision, and have effective communication skills.
Candidates must be able to qualify for work in the field including confined space, climbing stairs and ladders, wearing a respirator, etc.
Responsibilities:
Ensure capital projects are executed with Safety and Environmental Compliance as the primary focus of all personnel supporting his/her projects.
The Construction Leader is expected to maintain a physical presence in the field for at least 80% of the duration of the workday and address issues as they arise with the contractor and project management team.
Responsible for performing site construction oversight inspections to monitor the field quality of work and materials provided by vendors and subcontractors.
Under the supervision of the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager, inspects work quality and adherence to contract specifications to meet regulatory requirements, codes and company standards using visual observation, construction knowledge and application of skills.
Ensure Client is getting the products and services specified in the PO, and to ensure the products and services will perform as required.
The Construction Leader must understand the Product of Work (SOW) and ensure the Supplier executes the work according to the SOW, and all applicable Client Specifications and Standards.
Any deviations from contract specifications or materials that are identified are to be reported to the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager.
Provide quality inspection reports/status updates to management upon request or as needed.
Provide feedback to contractors, engineers, safety personnel and general management concerning issues or concerns being encountered.
Know and understand Client s Supplemental Terms & Conditions, including a general knowledge of the Safety and Environmental Compliance standards therein, that are expected to be executed successfully by the Supplier.
Qualifications/
Experience:
Working knowledge of power generation facilities and supporting processes.
General knowledge of construction and operational field work practices, equipment utilization and work component scheduling.
Demonstrates skill in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work to meet construction deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with management and co-workers and to make effective decisions.
Skilled in problem solving, attention to detail.
Skilled in comparing construction specifications and material requirements to physical and material work products.
Skilled in reading and interpreting manuals, technical instructions and drawings, with an ability to accurately prepare brief written reports.
Skilled in use of personal computer and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with OSHA industrial safe work practices.
3
years of industry experience in the field of construction, engineering, and/or management.
OSHA 10 preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
